Multi-Contact 4mm plug connector (Same product as sold under Corally label).

• Very low resistance, very reliable gold plated multi-contact connector.
• 3 milliohm contact resistance claimed,. Minimize the voltage loss, improved punch.
• 50 amp continuous current rating.
• Tests I have carried out on a sample quantity, show these plugs actually have an electrical resistance of 0.0008 ohms (0.8 milli-ohms) when used with our gold tubes.
• NRG 4 mm plugs are bull nosed and have a rear entry solder connection for end or side entry, and are of the same high quality as MC / Corally plugs (picture above right)
• NRG 4 mm plugs are easy to solder, just put the tinned wire in the hole you want to use (top or side entry) and apply solder and soldering iron in through the other hole.

Pack of 10 Gold & Silver Plated Copper cell links/bars

Packs of five or ten Gold or Silver plated copper cell links/bars used to join cells when assembling saddle packs.

Key Benefits

• Gold/Silver surface lowers the electrical resistance of the link..
• Gold/Silver plating gives good contact resistance when using a cell equalizer. 
• Gold/Silver plating improves ease of soldering.
• Bright Gold finish retains its appearance in use, Silver finish may tarnish over time, Silver blends with the solder for good appearance of the pack.
• Tests I have carried out on a sample quantity show correctly soldered these links have an electrical resistance of 0.00008 ohms (80 micro-ohms) each, compared with the welded links used on typical stick pack of 0.003 to 0.004 ohms (3 to 4  milli-ohms) each. With 5 links in battery pack, you can see the benefit of significant reduction of electrical resistance in the battery pack.

Pack of 10 Tinned Tag Style cell links/bar and Pack constructed using these links

Packs of Ten Tinned Tag Style cell links used to join cells when assembling saddle packs, and can also be used in MICRO pack construction.. They don't look very exciting but they do the job well, the photo shows them in use, I recommend gluing the cells together for extra support with these links.

• Low cost once favoured link/bar.
• These links function as well as more expensive links in most applications. 
• These links where once very popular and used extensively before the current gold/silver plated bars arrived.
• I have found these links to be EXCELLENT for Micro Saddle Packs, cut of the big ring and you are left with a tinned copper strip perfect fit for GP1100 cells.

• Be careful when soldering to much heat will melt the housing, be quick, use a mini vice (or such) to hold the connector when soldering, it gets too hot to hold. Some advise using needle nose pliers to hold the terminal between the housing and soldering as a heat sink.
• DO NOT plug male and female together when soldering, this distorts the connector and reduces contact pressure. (people do this when given misguided advice as a method of providing a heat sink when soldering)
• The housing is marked with a nearly invisible + and - to indicate correct polarity of wires on the solder side.
