Stick pack with PowerPole connector fitted.

 The pack is constructed with approx 2mm² Tinned Solid Copper wire between the Cells, a Gold plated copper link bar at the end, 13 awg high temperature silicon insulated copper flex and a pair of 30 amp rated PowerPole^(TM) connectors, and finally shrink wrapped with 0.2mm clear sleeving over the labels. Note: no end caps. 

* Tests I have carried out on a sample quantity show the wire links have an electrical resistance of 0.0003 ohms (0.3 milli-ohms) each, compared with the welded links used on typical stick pack of 0.003 to 0.004 ohms (3 to 4  milli-ohms) each. With 5 links in battery pack, you can see the benefit of significant reduction of electrical resistance in the battery pack internal connections, down from 15 to 20 milli-ohms to 1.5 milli-ohms.

Please note we don't offer Tamiya/Molex connectors they are unreliable in high performance applications and burn or weld with the currents supplied by GP3300/3700 Cells, We recommend Power Pole or Deans as a suitable alternative polarised connector.

Set of stick packs built for a customer who did not require flex or connectors, pricing is dependant on parts required plus a nominal fee for construction.

Construction fee for normal construction is £4.00, I reserve the right to charge extra if more work is required. (price = cells + fee + links + flex + connector + shrink etc)
